Service description

General home veterinary care for dogs and cats across Ibiza: consultations, vaccination, deworming, home euthanasia, diagnostics, identification, documentation and international travel paperwork.

VetIbiza is not an emergency service. For emergencies go to an emergency veterinary clinic.

Booking process

1. Contact via WhatsApp (+34 619 243 729) describing the service needed.
2. VetIbiza provides a no-obligation estimate.
3. If accepted, date and time are agreed.
4. Confirmation implies acceptance of these terms.

Pricing and cancellations

Prices depend on service and area. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice or client absences may incur travel costs.

Liability

Service provided with utmost diligence. Liability limited to direct damages from proven negligence. María Reyes Martínez holds professional liability insurance per COVIB regulations.

Applicable law

Spanish law. Courts of Eivissa (Illes Balears), Spain.
